Please email us if there is any problem with your purchase. Returns are accepted within 7 days of date received for a full refund less shipping when items are returned in their original condition. Please include a copy of the invoice or the invoice number. Custom made items are not eligible for return.

Morthond Armour make no guarantees about the protective abilities of our products. It is a reproduction piece, and as such no guarantee of its level of protection against such items as (but not limited to) knives, swords, clubs, batons, spears, spikes, acid, flamethrowers, guns, axes, motorcycle accidents, chainsaws, shrapnel, etc. will be made. Should the customer, engage in activities that directly expose them to such materials, conditions, or states, Morthond Armour will not be liable in any way for the resulting action, as the product is not intended to be a protective garment.

Disclaimer

Nails are very sharp and may cause injury to you or those around you. Use common sense and take extra care when wearing any nail jewellery, wear at your own risk. Nail jewellery is for fashion/display purposes only, and are not intended for any other use. We advise they are for private home use only, display in public at own risk.

The artist and/or manufacturer assumes no liability to you or others for harm arising from any Morthond Armour jewellery/armour/clothing. You assume the entire risk arising out of the use of the jewellery/armour/clothing.

Indemnity

When you purchase a piece of Morthond Armour jewellery/armour/clothing, you agree to fully defend and indemnify the artist/manufacturer from any and all claims, liabilities, and costs related to (1) your use of the jewellery/armour/clothing or (2) your misuse of the jewellery/armour/clothing and 3) any violation of the terms and conditions of these disclaimers.

Limitation of Liability

In no event will the artist and/or manufacturer be liable, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, for any incidental, special, indirect, consequential or punitive damages, including, but not limited to, damages for any loss of use, loss of time, inconvenience, commercial loss, or lost profits, savings, or revenues to the full extent such may be disclaimed by law.
